Welcome to SEOAD. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our digital platforms, software portals, and agency services provided by Lead SEO Marketing Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, placing an order, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

SEOAD offers professional digital agency solutions including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Pay-Per-Click Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and Content Marketing. Specific deliverables, execution roadmaps, and milestones are governed by your selected plan tier.

2. User Accounts & Access

To access client dashboard features, track order status, and review campaign metrics, you must complete user registration. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including valid business contact and billing credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

• Pricing & Currencies: All fees are stated in either Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) depending on your selected regional currency display. Exchange rates are dynamically tracked via real-time market rates.
• Payment Methods: Transactions are securely processed through authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). You agree to maintain valid payment methods on file.
• Statutory Taxes: Applicable goods and services tax (GST) is calculated and itemized on tax invoices pursuant to statutory regulations.
• Prorated Plan Modifications: Upgrades and tier adjustments reflect exact prorated billing credits for any remaining unused days in your billing cycle.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because search engine optimization, content production, and digital advertising campaigns involve immediate allocation of technical labor, cloud tooling, and third-party publishing resources:

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel or schedule a downgrade for any recurring plan at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refund Eligibility: Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of initial order placement may be eligible for a refund minus administrative processing fees if technical campaign onboarding has not commenced. Once campaign execution, technical audits, or backlink distribution have started, fees for that active cycle are non-refundable.
• Disputed Charges: If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact our billing department within 7 business days at info@seoad.in for review.

5. Intellectual Property

All original methodologies, web assets, proprietary reporting frameworks, trademarks, logos, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Lead SEO Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the client owns the finished deliverables (custom graphics, articles, and campaign reports) created specifically for their campaigns.

6. Search Engine Performance Disclaimer

While we utilize white-hat, industry-leading SEO and AI optimization strategies, search engines (Google, Bing) and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity) frequently update their proprietary algorithms. Consequently, no digital agency can guarantee specific #1 rank positions or static traffic volumes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead SEO Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
